As a mediator, I strive to listen to both parties so that they feel heard and comfortable crafting a resolution that they can live with. My style varies based on what I believe may be needed in the situation in front of me. Just as every person is different, every mediation is different.

All technology that allows parties to mediate virtually from wherever they are most comfortable. All software necessary to finalize and circulate documents for signature if the parties are able to reach a resolution.
