Mediator Style & Process Preferences
Case by Case Plan depending on circumstances. Prefer to hold a Plenary Opening meeting but no hard and fast rule. Equal and fair time distribution and even handed management with engaging friendly professional West of Ireland approach. People before money and always hoping to find areas of common ground. Softly bringing to bear the weight of 30 years experience in litigation. I am experienced enough to know people sometimes need to express certain things and not all of those are to be taken literally. The Mediator provides a safe space and process to peel off the heavy wet cold years and layers of bandages of long running litigation wars. I know that not all communication in a mediation is verbal and having grown up and worked in agri business and farming before becoming a lawyer marked me out from the start as a natural neutral.
